We develop the daily arrangements, accommodation, transport and signature experiences together, balancing your interests with a comfortable pace.

You receive: a detailed itinerary and itemised quotation showing what is included and excluded.

Once your itinerary is confirmed and the travel service agreement is signed, payment is made according to the agreed terms. The USD 10 planning fee forms part of the total and is credited against this first payment.

You receive: the written itinerary, quotation and applicable terms, together with a clear record of confirmed and pending arrangements.

We bring the practical details together before departure.

You receive: transfer details, contact information, luggage and weather guidance, and participation requirements for any special activities.

Your designated specialist coordinates with you from planning through the end of your journey. Any changes are discussed together. After the trip, we welcome your feedback.
